Late for appointment

Late for appointment

If more than 15 minutes late for any service, please try to let your Artist know in advance so we can try to accommodate/reschedule you. If we cannot, a $50 fee will be charged (by discretion of Artist) before being able to schedule your next appointment.

Hair- Please give 24 hour notice for haircuts, 48 hour notice for any chemical service. If no notice is received, a $50 fee will be charged.

Yes, we ask that no more than 2 guests accompany each person getting a service done. If multiple people are getting services done, please come with just your party.

In the Village of Liverpool, directly across from Nichols Grocery Store parking lot. We share a door with Multisport Physical Therapy, and are inside to the left.

We are appointment only, so typically we do not have availability for walk-ins. It is best to call and check before stopping in!

Yes, gift cards are sold individually by each Artist at the salon. Contact individual to purchase.

We all love our pets, but ask that only service dogs accompany guests to the salon.

Every Artist at Salon Aurora has different scheduling methods. Check your Artist's info page to find how to schedule.

Do I need a deposit to schedule a hair color appointment?

Do I need a deposit to schedule a hair color appointment?

Yes, a $75 deposit is required for first time color appointments that will go towards your service. This deposit is transferrable/refundable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Contact individual stylist to schedule an appointment and leave your deposit.
